Refundable Wristband: You can purchase your wristband with confidence as it’s fully refundable! Please note, you are only eligible for a refund on your wristband if you don’t secure your place at your chosen university.
T&Cs of our refund policy are as follows:
1. You must have purchased your ticket before Wednesday 17th August 2023 to be eligible for a refund
2. To apply for a refund, you must send us UCAS evidence of your university change along with one form of photographic ID
3. You must email
info@fresherstakeover.co.uk before 01/09/23 with the subject line ‘Wristband Refund’
4. It can take up to 14 working days from receipt of your email for us to process your freshers week wristband refund
